Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (PST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and made ready for shipment within 0-1 business days. Our fulfillment days are Monday to Friday.
Transit Time
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, the transit time is an estimated 5-8 business days. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.
Total Delivery Time
Based on the above, the estimated total delivery time for all destinations is 5-9 business days from the moment you place your order.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. In case of a public holiday, the delivery estimate will be adjusted accordingly.
