We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@montessoriforkids.shop or visit our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Accepted Returns (Damages, Issues, and Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have simply changed your mind, you are also welcome to initiate a return, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
