This Cancellation Policy applies to all online purchases made through montessoriforkids.shop.
We understand that mistakes happen or plans change. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it — no questions asked.
After this 1-hour window, your order will begin processing and may already be prepared or dispatched. Once this happens, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Once we confirm your request within the 1-hour period, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately to your original payment method.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, orders are automatically processed and shipped, and we cannot change the delivery address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the information provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return the package once received, following our Return & Refund Policy.
